While autologous CD19 CAR-T cell therapy has demonstrated remarkable efficacy in B-cell hematologic malignancies, its broad application remains limited by prolonged manufacturing timelines, complex processes, and high costs. To overcome these challenges, we developed IMV101, an innovative lentiviral vector featuring a mutated MxV glycoprotein and a T-cell targeting module (TCM3), designed to enable selective T-cell transduction and in vivo generation of functional CD19 CAR-T cells. This study comprehensively evaluates the in vitro and in vivo characteristics of IMV101 to support its future clinical development.
